Why Vote For Me?

We wasted our votes in the past! Term limits really the problem? "Change", is that the new mantra? 2 parties proved they can't work together!

We've been "wasting our votes" in the past.  How long does it take to train these folks?  Does it take 5-10 years to train your accountant or lawyer ON THE JOB?  If it takes 5-10 years to train a Governor maybe we don;t need one?   We're proving governing is too complicated or we hire idiots.  Simplify government to make so those elected can understand what their job is.  More to the level of my 7 year  old might work!   The NEWLY elected, after they are in office; well it seem some feel Michigan term limits might be wrong...

It really IS time for a "CHANGE" - time to make decisions that effect us now financially.  Time to change:

  1. cut taxes slowly over time
  2. cut benefits and wages of the elected now to be in line of Michigan taxpayers
  3. direction, move forward and not look back
  4. quit blaming others
  5. solve financial issues first
  6. bond, build and lease out our own refinery with MICHIGAN CONTRACTORS and MICHIGAN EMPLOYEES
  7. bond & build with MICHIGAN CONTRACTORS a statewide transit mass system
  8. work with MICHIGAN businesses and quit depending on the government
  9. look to Health Insurance options such as the Massachusetts plan
  10. free businesses of government handcuffs
  11. find ways to streamline school costs and how to stabilize their funding
  12. take a stand on illegals IN OUR STATE and enforce our laws NOW
  13. get our roads on routine long term maintenance plans that work
  14. help business create real long term jobs not only temporary tax credit construction jobs
  15. go after tourism and rebuild the sector
  16. open up positive competition in health care in general and assist in creating more jobs
  17. get more of our Community and private Colleges heavier into medical job education
  18. recognize the positive effect retiring "Boomers" WILL have on our economy
  19. to have all those tax supported employees be compensated in line with all taxpayers.
  20. recognize the auto industry is not the only business around
  21. organize our Community Colleges Trustee system into a more unified and efficient force in education
  22. cut the per capita budget of Corrections more in line with other states or contract it out
  23. get our total taxes and FEES in line with median of the country
  24. have education target jobs IN the state and not JOBS out of state
  25. require recipients in education of loans and grants to BE Michigan residents and stay 5 years
  26. get our technology at all levels into the new Flat World
27.  seek cost cutting ideas that work in other states

28.  encourage and expand technology use all over Michigan

29. get rid of these money grubbing methods to raise money of phony $110 driving tickets 5 miles over

None of this will happen overnight, BUT, we can try.  We can work for general common goals without trashing what we have nor scaring government employees into fear of losing jobs.  We have to realize the global markets started to effect us many years ago and we have been too slow to react.   It's TIME TO  set  plans and work the plans.  Plans that will change as we learn but change for lower costs, create good long term jobs.

I'm only one person, I can only suggest, propose, barter, negotiate, propose ideas  ...  I need to get at the table first. This is MY application for "a job", call it what it is ... let me help US all!
